Sirio-Q comes to revolutionise the way coffee is grinded.
This new tool was born to meet the needs of baristas in constant search of a coffee with perfect balance and excellent aroma.
Several years of experimentation and constant improvements have led to the collection of results that have favored the birth of new methods, technologies and parameters to be observed.
The concept of the shape of the coffee powder is the result of this research which demonstrates the fundamental importance of particle size and uniformity of ground coffee particles.
Sirius-Q is the first coffee grinder of Quamar’s new vision that utmost embodies this principle.
