The Quick Mill Aquila Instant Stability Profi Black Coffee Machine combines fast heat-up, temperature stability and professional espresso performance in a premium stainless steel machine.

Featuring a professional E61 brewing group in chromed brass, the Aquila is designed for consistent espresso extraction and excellent temperature control. The heat exchanger allows you to brew espresso and steam milk at the same time, making it ideal for cappuccinos, lattes and other milk-based coffees.

The machine includes a stainless steel steam wand for frothing milk and a separate hot water wand for tea and other hot drinks. Both feature an anti-burn design for safer everyday use.

With PID temperature control, you can adjust the brewing temperature to suit your coffee and preferred extraction. A double-scale pressure gauge lets you monitor boiler and brewing pressure.

The Aquila also features a rotary pump for quieter operation. Pump pressure can be adjusted from the side panel, and the machine can be connected directly to mains water or operated using the built-in 3 litre water tank.
