How to Brew with the Hario V60 01
Fold a V60 paper filter along the seams and place it inside the dripper. Add medium-fine ground coffee, using approximately 10–12g of coffee per 120ml of water. Slowly pour hot water over the grounds in a circular motion and allow the coffee to bloom for around 30 seconds. Continue pouring in slow, steady circles, avoiding direct contact with the filter paper. Aim for a total brew time of around 3 minutes, then remove the dripper and enjoy a clean, fresh and aromatic cup of pour-over coffee.
